Cubs Send Cotts Down

The Cubs finally sent Neal Cotts down today but only to Triple-A Iowa, not to Hell where he belongs. According to Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune, the Cubs sent down Cotts and Bobby Scales and they also put Aaron Miles on the 15-day DL. Taking their respective places are LH reliever Jason Waddell, shortstop Andres Blanco, and some kid named Jake Fox.

lol, I love the "Fields of Opportunities" caption on the sign. Think the Sox can send Josh there? Maybe he'll feel more at home...

Ah yes, the Fields of Opportunities of Iowa. Those very same fields that nurtured countless talented players such as Corey Patterson, Felix Pie, and the great Bobby Hill.
